Today we got up late after our long day in Rome. It was nice to have a relaxing morning. We did laundry and then took Michelle and Susan to Deruta to tour the Ubaldo Grazia Ceramics Studio. It was great to see my friend Katia again as she always kept me smiling when I was painting there. Michelle took some great pics…

We also took pictures of the owner.
Then it was off to the historic center of Deruta. This is where one of my favorite artists has her shop. Her name is Marcella Favoroni and her shop is called Miriam. Michelle and Susan ended up buying some things here and David and I bought a bowl. Marcella was great about showing us everything and letting us watch her work. She does everything herself and so her pieces are limited in number.
We came back to Perugia and took a walk through town...
We finished the day by eating at our favorite pizzeria, Pizza Mediterranea… Michelle had to take a picture of Jason’s hot dog pizza J
A very nice relaxing day…
