Anything olive has come to mean Italy to me We are surrounded by olive groves here. Every time we have been invited to someone’s home, they have had their own olive oil pressed from their own or a neighbor’s grove. David and I have spent time tasting many different olive oils as well as different types of olives on our journeys here. We wanted to take some of Italy home with us so…
When we went to Assisi with Michelle and Susan we bought these three wooden utensils...
I just love them because they are made from olive wood. They will forever remind us of being here and being surrounded by olive trees, whether on my three mile run, out hiking with the kids, or just walking the kids to school through the park. We wanted something to take back to the States that we would use every day that would remind us of our time in Italy. How wonderfully fitting, and their first use was here in our little apartment in Perugia J
